Community Screening Programs
Faculty and staff of the University of Arkansas Communication Sciences and Disorders Program are committed to community outreach. Multiple screening programs are offered. Screenings are completed by undergraduate and/or graduate student-clinicians supervised by a licensed speech-language pathologist or audiologist.
To schedule a screening, the requesting organization agrees to the following:
- There must be representative from the requesting organization on site to supervise during the screenings.
- If the organization is unable to provide a supervisor, the Communication Sciences and Disorders Program may be able to provide a supervisor, but this will vary based on the availability of clinical faculty through the U of A CDIS program.
